Join Ralph on this 26km/16.5miles hard walk taking in the hills of Mynydd Fforest, Cefn Llwydiart, Cefn Clawdd, Twyn Y Post, Fforest Brycheiniog and Llandyfalle Hill. In 2022, I completed the Dragon's Back Race, a mountainous 380km 6-day Ultra from Conwy Castle to Cardiff Castle. It is described as the World's Toughest Mountain Race, and *spoiler alert* it was pretty hard! Come along to hear what motivated me to enter, the training involved and general tales from the 6 days.
