The Skerries / Ynysoedd y Moelrhoniad are a group of sparsely vegetated rocky islets lying 3 kilometres offshore from Anglesey. In hill-bagging terms, they represent the last tick in the list of Huws - 100 great Welsh hills under 2,000 feet. The walk heads downhill from the car park to Coed y Wenallt, which should hopefully be awash with bluebells, then back up along part of the Rhymney Valley Ridgeway to the trig point on Caerphilly mountain before heading back to the car park.
