Walk: Exploring the area in and around Bargoed. 21km/13 mile with 670m/2200ft ascent (Moderate)

Join Dave for this walk from Cwm Parc Darren, crossing Gelligaer Common and exploring part of Bargoed before crossing the common again to the ruins of Capel Gwladys, returning to the start via Cefn y Brithdir.
Walk distance of 21km/13 mile with 670m/2200ft ascent.
