A circuit to include Carreg yr Ogof, Bannau Sir Gaer, Picws Du, Fan Brycheiniog, Fan Foel and Foel Darw.
A mix of trackless moorland and good paths.
Gaiters advisable.
Distance of 24km/14miles, 3474ft /1059m ascent.

Meet at Pont ar Wysg, OS Explorer 12. Grid reference SN819271 for a 9.30am start.
