As part of the club’s 50th anniversary\, a second climbing event is being planned- this one is outdoors. \nThe premise is to climb as many routes as you can between 1st April 2026 and the 15th August 2026. We need a list of the 50 best routes from the Wye Valley to Pembroke before April please. The routes can range from 4 to E2 ie. be fairly inclusive with the midrange going to be the most popular. There will be no leeway on the grades even if some E3’s in Pembroke are world class! \nThe BMC are aware of our celebrations and photos of climbs will be needed. \nReply to John Jones directly on WhatsApp and join the ’50 routes’ WhatsApp chat. \nOnce the routes are finalised we’ll publish a PDF of them. Get thinking and get some finger tape!
