DESCRIPTION:As you are no doubt aware by now the GMC has been in existence for 50 years & we’d like to celebrate this fantastic achievement.\n\nClimbers & Walkers are arranging various events over the year & aim to include as many Club members as possible.\n\nFor the Walkers – 50 Peaks Grand weekend – June 6th & 7th 2026.\n\nPlease click on the attachment sent by email in February and choose what you would like to do. There is some general guidance given \, but please discuss with Kath S\, Sara H or Keith if needed. (For now please contact one of us by email etc or find us out on an event).\n\nLets get out tramping the hills\,\n\nKath\, Sara\, Keith\nFor your safety and the safety of other members\, we advise minimum personal equipment requirements for all our walks.

DESCRIPTION:Paul Mills is leading a walk along the Carmarthen Fans Ridge this Sunday\, 14th June.\n\nThis is the last walk of the very successful 50 Peaks @ 50 Years Celebration.\n\nStart is 9.30am\nOS Explorer Map OL12 grid reference SN849171. The road adjacent to the Tafarn y Garreg  pub.\nApprox 21km/13miles with 1090m/3600feet of ascent. Grade of walk is Hard.\n Please be aware parking is limited so car share advisable.\nPlease inform Paul if you intend going.
